Lori DeCola Presentation Design is an independent, home-based presentation design studio in New Hartford, New York. The studio helps clients turn outlines, notes, reports, and raw slide content into organized, visually consistent presentations.
What we focus on: clean layouts, readable typography, consistent visual hierarchy, branded presentation templates, simple charts, icons, and final files that are easy to present or edit.
How we work: projects are quoted before work begins, timelines are confirmed in writing, and revision rounds are included in each package. Final files can be prepared for Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or PDF export.

Do you create the written content?
Most projects use content supplied by the client. Light editing, organization, and slide-friendly wording can be included when requested.
Can you work with an existing deck?
Yes. Existing PowerPoint, Google Slides, PDF, or outline files can be used as a starting point for redesign or formatting cleanup.
How do payments work?
Payment terms are confirmed in the written quote. This website does not collect credit card numbers or payment details directly.
How can I opt out of marketing messages?

Quotes and project scope
Each project is quoted based on slide count, content readiness, design complexity, file format, and deadline. Work begins only after the scope, timeline, and payment terms are agreed in writing.
Client materials
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, permissions for images or logos, and any confidential instructions needed for the project.
Revision rounds
Included revision rounds are listed in the quote. Additional revisions, new slides, or major scope changes may require an updated quote.
File delivery
Final files are delivered in the agreed format after project completion. Common formats include PowerPoint, Google Slides, PDF, and image exports.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We aim to keep expectations clear before work starts.
Before work begins
If a project is canceled before design work begins, any prepaid amount may be refunded, minus payment processing fees if applicable.
After work begins
Once work has started, refunds are reviewed based on completed work, delivered drafts, and project stage. Approved refunds may be partial.
Completed projects
After final files are delivered and approved, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the written agreement.
